Removal of the existing 2m high brick boundary wall along the western site perimeter of the Empress State Building and; erection of a replacement 2m high brick wall with 1 - 1.5m security fencing above, including low level defensive planting, replacement CCTV and external lighting; formation of a new emergency vehicular/pedestrian access within the western boundary, involving the removal of three parking spaces within the adjacent residential estate, and associated works.
