Minor material amendment to planning permission reference: 2021/02747/FUL dated 16th November 2021 for the "Erection of a brick parapet wall with trellis on top around the flat roof at third floor level on top of the existing three storey back addition, in connection with its continued use as a roof terrace; rear roof extension and installation of fixed full length windows and a sliding door to the rear elevation at third floor level, to provide access to the roof terrace; replacement of existing window in rear elevation with new window; and installation of rooflight in existing flat roof at fourth floor level." Amendments sought are alterations to the materials on top of the approved brick parapet wall on the external balcony area from an obscured glazed screen to timber trellis.

Material amendment to planning permission reference: 2020/00836/FUL dated 22nd May 2020 for the "Erection of a rear roof extension; erection of a single storey rear extension; and installation of 2no. rooflights in the front roofslope." Amendment sought is for the alteration to the wall between the two French Doors bringing it forward to be aligned with the French Doors on the approved rear roof extension at second floor level.

Material amendment to planning permission reference: 2016/01482/FUL dated 31st May 2016 for the "Demolition of an existing conservatory extension; erection of a rear roof extension; erection of a part two, part single storey side and rear extensions." Amendment sought is the alteration to the design of the ground floor rear extension to incorporate a lantern rooflight.

Minor material amendment to planning permission reference: 2019/03639/FUL dated 24th April 2020, for the "Erection of a rear roof extension, involving an increase in the ridge height by 385mm; installation of 2no. rooflights in the front roofslope; installation of French doors and a Juliet balcony to replace existing window to the rear elevation at second floor level; erection of a part one part two storey rear extension at ground and first floor level; formation of a roof terrace at first floor level over part of the proposed ground floor rear extension; installation of French doors in the side elevation of the proposed extension at first floor level to provide access to the proposed roof terrace; and removal of rear garden shed and front garden moped enclosure." Amendment sought is an 180mm increase in the height of the parapet wall of the approved ground floor rear extension.
