Temporary use of the Square as an Ice Rink (use class F2 (d)), Christmas Tree and associated temporary structures for a temporary period between 1st November and 31st January inclusive on an annual basis for three years ending January 2025.

Associated landscaping works to the front garden to include: Redesign of existing hard landscaping and its features, re-configuration and replacement of existing Sandstone steps with new Portland Stone, the addition of new soft landscaping in-ground and planters; external works to the front garden to include: replacement of existing bin storage with new covered bin storage, replacement of existing metal railings with new railings, installation of a new bike storage within the existing side garden; associated landscaping works to the rear garden to include: alterations and redesign of existing steps, installation of decorative water feature and a VitalitySpa, refurbishment of the terrace and retaining walls with upgraded materials, and additional areas of in-ground planting and ornamental multi-stem trees; repairs to existing boundary wall above ground (Amended description of proposal).

Demolition of the existing second floor pitched roof and replacement with enlarged crown roof with rooflights, dormer windows and 4no. solar panels.

Temporary use of part of Westfield Square as a Christmas event space to include erection of carousel and ticket booth, container bar with covered external seating area; installation of 9no igloo seating pods and a 21m high Christmas Tree.

Change of use from office to 33 residential units across Blocks 1-5; including partial demolition and extensions at ground/first floor to blocks 2/3, and at first floor in block 4. Partial demolition and alterations to block 5 and redevelopment of a 3-storey block; with associated bike storage, refuse storage, parking and landscaping and work to trees.

Erection of a front and rear roof extension; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side and rear of existing back addition following the demolition of existing conservatory; installation of a new window to replace existing to the rear elevation at second floor level; installation of a new window to replace existing to the side elevation at first floor level; infilling of a window to the side elevation at first floor level; installation of a new door and windows to replace existing, to the front elevation at first floor level; installation of a new main front entrance door to replace existing; alterations to the front boundary wall to include erection of painted brickwork and iron railings on top; excavation of front garden and part of rear garden to form lightwells, in connection with the enlargement of the existing basement; removal of trees T3 and T4 in the rear garden.

Replacement of the existing main multi-pitched and rear addition mono-pitched roofs with a new synthetic slate tile covering, including renewal of the bituminous felt flat roof crown to match existing.

Temporary use of part of Westfield Square as a Christmas event space to include the erection of 6 no. wooden cabins, installation of 9 no. igloo seating pods and a 20.8m high Christmas Tree.
