Proposed material operations to commence planning permission (Ref. 2017/01841/FUL) dated 3 October 2019 (as amended by NMA applications Ref. 2021/03777/NMAT, dated 1 April 2022, and 2022/02156/NMAT, dated 15 August 2022) relating to the "Erection of residential units (Class C3) across three blocks; shared single storey basement with car parking; private open space; hard and soft landscaping; preparatory and associated works". The proposed material operations comprise: (a) The excavation of a trench and install a section of the northern façade foundation, measuring approximately 8m in length by 800mm wide and 500mm deep, for Block A. (b) The excavation of a trench and install a section of pipe measuring approximately 10m in length and 1m deep and two manholes required as part of the surface water drainage system for the development that would lead to the façade foundation of Block A.
