Implementation of planning permission ref: 2018/01652/FUL granted 15th March 2019 for the 'Erection of two additional floors at roof level in connection with the creation of 3 x 1 bedroom and 2 x 2 bedroom self-contained flats; erection of a rear extension at first floor level in connection with the creation of cycle parking; erection of a three storey rear extension at first, second and third floor level to house an external staircase and lift ; formation of roof terraces at third and fourth floor level; replacement of existing windows with new windows and balconies at first and second floor level to the front elevation; and associated access and landscaping alterations to include green roofs at first, fourth, and roof levels'.

Alterations to the existing roof terrace on the flat roof of the existing back addition at second floor level, including increasing the height of the existing railings enclosing the roof terrace; and alterations and repositioning of the existing door in the rear elevation at second floor level providing access to the existing roof terrace, by building up brickwork to raise the door to the new threshold and also minimising the pane of glass above the door.

Alterations to the rear elevation at ground floor level to include, installation of new sliding doors following the removal of existing window and doors; alterations to the pitched roof of single storey side extension to include, installation of 1no. new enlarged rooflight following the removal of 3no. existing rooflights.

Erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of the existing back addition; alterations to the rear elevation at roof level to include, erection of a timber sliding sash dormer window following the removal of existing 3no. windows.

Alterations to the existing single storey conservatory to the rear of the existing back addition, to include installation of a flat roof on top following the removal of existing roof, and installation of bi-folding doors to the rear elevation.
