Restoration works to the statue to include, removing organic growth from the concrete sculpture and brick plinth, removing sulphation from localised areas of the sculpture, raking out mortar from cast joints, removing concrete from around exposed iron armature, treating exposed iron armature, fill all cast joints/seams, areas of surface loss and cracks, apply protective surface coating.

Ground investigation works to piers, comprising 3 no. boreholes and 2 no. trial pits in connection with investigatory works to the bridge piers; lining and infill of holes and pits following completion of works.

Introduction of demarcation studs to entrance steps; redecorating rendered south facades, and all timber windows and doors in rendered facade, in off-white colour; replacement of deteriorated timber cills to ground floor full height sash window units; replacement of uPVC downpipes with aluminium to match gutter; replacement of uPVC downpipe and hopper with cast iron; replacement of concrete coping stones with york stone; replacement of 1 pair of timber french doors to non-historic conservatory extension; replacement of deteriorated non-historically complete sash window to first floor service roof area; replacement of deteriorated non-historically complete door unit to first floor service roof area.

Full refurbishment and restoration of the St Paul's Bothy, a Grade II listed building in St Paul's Garden, Hammersmith, including the removal of a brick pier and concrete slab (not part of original design) from the building's interior; and the reinstatement of a window and new brickwork to replace the existing bricked-up openings (not part of original design).

External alterations to include: existing infilled historic doorway at rear of the property to be reinstated with proposed double glazed white painted aluminium framed doorway; repair works to 6no. existing historic timber sash windows and to 1no. existing historic timber French door; replacement of 3no. existing non-historic single glazed white painted steel framed crittall windows with double glazed white painted aluminium framed windows and replacement of 1no. existing non-historic single glazed white painted steel framed Crittall doorway with double glazed white painted aluminium framed doorway at ground floor level to the rear elevation; installation of extraction vent above the roof of single storey back addition; removal of existing water tank, replacement of existing skylight with a new thermal skylight and installation of 2no extraction vents above the roof of first floor side extension; existing damaged plastic SVP pipe improved with proposed black metal replacements; Internal alterations to include: creation of new opening between kitchen and dining room, stud wall of ground floor shower and wc removed with new wc beneath stairs, new fittings and layout for ground floor utility and shower room, new fittings for ground floor kitchen, new fittings and layout for first floor bathroom, restore suspended timber floorboards, breathable insulation added beneath ground floor suspended timber floor, and 3no. proposed black painted metal external extractor hoods to wc, bathroom and shower below; associated internal alterations.

Internal alterations to part of the first floor corridor to include, installation of a partition wall including a fire resistant doorset.

Removal of existing garden structures; replacement of front gate and installation of railings to front boundary wall; works to wall of front lightwell and replacement of lightwell balustrade, repair of the existing main roof; repair of window and door to lower ground floor to the front elevation; alterations to existing single storey rear extension at lower ground floor level to include infilling 2no. windows to the side elevation, replacement of the roof including removal of an existing rooflight, installation of 3no. new rooflights and provision of sedum green roof, alterations to openings and fenestration to the rear elevation; enlargement of the external rear courtyard and steps; landscaping of the rear garden; internal alterations including works to lower ground floor, alterations to treads of staircase between ground and lower ground floor, alterations to bathrooms, fitted joinery and replacement floor coverings; and associated external and internal alterations.

Removal and replication of 20no. existing doors to achieve the fire performance requirements.

Partial demolition of the 5 storey rear back additions, erection of a replacement part four-storey (double height ground floor with three floors above) and part single storey rear extension; installation of a new Juliet balcony at first floor level to the rear elevation; reduce the full height brick wall to the front of the property and to reinstate the historic gates and railings; Internal alterations to include: lowering the floor level of the lower ground floor and ground floor to rear part of the building, removal of non-original wall located between the bathroom and laundry at lower ground level, relocation of door to bedroom at lower ground floor level, re-hang existing doors between the kitchen and dining room at ground floor level, enlarge opening to the extension at first floor level, re-hang doors between drawing room and family room to site further within the reveal at first floor level, retention of a reconfigured link between the master dressing room and bathroom at second floor level, seal shut door from half landing into master bedroom and second floor level, new opening between corridor and bedroom 3 at third floor level, creation of new partition between play room and bedroom 3, and formation of a new bathroom at fourth floor level; associated internal and external alterations.
