Internal alterations to include replacement of the existing functioning fireplace in the west of the long gallery and radiator cabinet in the east of the long gallery with new fireplaces.

Installation of secondary internal glazing behind 1no existing single glazed white timber framed window fronting Adelaide Grove elevation, and behind 1no existing single glazed white timber framed window fronting Uxbridge Road elevation and behind the existing bay window comprising of 3no single glazed white timber framed windows to the corner elevation fronting both Uxbridge Road and Adelaide Grove elevations at first floor level.

Display of 4no static internally illuminated fascia signs to the louvred facade front elevation of the former Dimco Building to replace the existing signs.

Change of use of part of the building from Town Hall (Sui Generis) to a 90 bed hotel (Use Class C1) with integral and ancillary uses including bar/restaurants, meeting rooms and conference/event space and change of use of the remainder of the building to a co-working space (Use Class E(g)); excavation of the basement; the provision of ancillary parking spaces, taxi drop off and service area with access from Harwood Road and Moore Park Road; erection of an additional storey at roof level (plus a storey of plant) and a four storey rear extension to the 1934 Extension following demolition of single storey corridor link to Harwood Road Wing; erection of additional storeys at second and third floor levels plus plant at fourth floor level to the Harwood Road Wing following demolition of former caretaker's flat at second floor level; erection of a fire escape stair and part three, part five storey (plus plant) extension to the rear of the Concert Hall/Council Chamber close to the Cedarne Road boundary; enclosure of central lightwell in connection with installation of new lifts; erection of new lift and stair cores to the north and south sides of the Harwood Road Wing; replacement of selected windows; various window alterations; installation of fixed glazed acoustic screens to exterior of selected windows and various other external alterations in connection with the change of use; and various internal demolition works and internal alterations including changes to the layout of the Council Chamber, the installation of fire lobbies, pod bathrooms, kitchenettes, lifts and the installation of secondary glazing to selected windows. Internal alterations to stage door area to include: removal of 3 section of wall (1 to the existing electrical cupboard and 2 surround and existing wc), the existing floor finish to modern altro, adjustment to the lay in grid ceiling, modification to the existing counter addition of simple tea point; associated internal alterations.

Removal of existing railings, and installation of new safety railings on top of the main roof to the south and part of the west elevations to match existing first floor and entrance portico railings; retention of AstroTurf to the flat roof only, and the access hatch with a rooflight on top to the roof.

Installation of 1no. air source heat pumps, on top of the main flat roof at roof level; associated internal alterations including installation of a tank cupboard and pipe installation.

Erection of a part single, part two storey rear extension following demolition of the existing single storey rear extension; installation of 1no. sun-tube to the rear roofslope; reduction in height of chimney stack (south side); internal alterations to include removal of some of the internal partitions including a bathroom at ground floor level; re-using the 2no. original internal doors in the upstairs bedrooms, replacing new doors that were installed there previously; removal of the ceiling over the first floor landing only, extending the internal walls around to enclose that space from the loft, to allow for natural light and ventilation to the landing and stairs; addition of a hatch door with ladder for access to the storage space in the loft, and sun tube over the void above the landing; removal of the redundant rear chimney internally and the rear room chimney breast internally only, to allow for extra space.

Installation of a pedestrian access ramp and associated landscaping in the eastern courtyard adjacent to the southern edge of the Brooke Building.

Replacement of existing single glazed windows and doors with new double glazed timber framed doors and windows to the rear elevation at lower ground and upper ground floor levels; refurbishment of existing windows and door on the front elevation at lower ground and upper ground floor levels; alterations to the roof of ground floor back addition to include the replacement of existing single glazed skylight with new double glazed skylight comprising of 3no glazing panels with 1no openable centre glazing panel; raising of the parapet of ground floor back addition; internal alterations to include re-configuration of the internal layout at lower and raised ground floors (including demolition of some internal walls at lower ground floor level, formation of a new utility area in the entrance space and new staircase and openings to replace existing); associated internal alterations.
