Erection of a single storey outbuilding in the rear garden; infilling of the door to the side boundary wall and formation of a covered walkway from the main building to the new rear outbuilding; replacement of existing window with new sliding metal doors and existing wooden doors with a new single metal door at ground floor level to the rear elevation; associated landscaping; internal alterations at ground floor level to include widening the opening between front and back rooms, alterations to the kitchen area, removal of wall in between living room and kitchen, and formation of a new partition with an internal wall and timber framed glass doors in between study room and living room.

CCTV camera mounted beneath the eaves to the rear, re-rendering, replacement of the existing timber French doors including glazed transom lights above with 2no. new dormer windows to the front, replacement of existing timber casement windows with a new dormer window to the rear, replacement of existing balustrade with new brick parapet to the front and rear; repairs to existing steel and clinker concrete structure including partial replacement of second floor slab with suspended timber floor; reinstatement of timber sash window to the rear elevation at first floor level; installation of new cast iron railings and a new vehicle gate along the front boundary mounted on new York Stone plinths, re-mounting the existing front gates on new York Stone Plinths, to the front elevation, replacement of existing glazed timber door with a new glazed timber door to the rear elevation at ground floor level; internal alterations to include, installation of a new bathroom with an extract flue to replace existing, removal of existing wardrobes from S04 at second floor level, installation of a new kitchen to replace existing, installation of a new bathroom with an extract flue to replace existing, installation of a new 4 panelled timber door to match existing in the doorway between F03 and F04, removal of carpet to F02, removal of textured wallpaper to F02 at first floor level; reinstatement of missing decorative mouldings, removal of gold paint to grates, cheeks and side slips of existing fireplaces, replace existing WC and basin at ground floor level, installation of a new kitchen and a new bathroom with extract flues to replace existing, re-tiling, and re-carpeting at lower ground floor level, replacement of all radiators; associated alterations and repairs.

Associated landscaping works to the front garden to include: Redesign of existing hard landscaping and its features, re-configuration and replacement of existing Sandstone steps with new Portland Stone, the addition of new soft landscaping in-ground and planters; external works to the front garden to include: replacement of existing bin storage with new covered bin storage, replacement of existing metal railings with new railings, installation of a new bike storage within the existing side garden; associated landscaping works to the rear garden to include: alterations and redesign of existing steps, installation of decorative water feature and a VitalitySpa, refurbishment of the terrace and retaining walls with upgraded materials, and additional areas of in-ground planting and ornamental multi-stem trees; repairs to existing boundary wall above ground (Amended description of proposal).

Installation of a cast aluminium plaque (400mm wide by 500mm high) to stone pier on front boundary adjacent Chelsea Football Club.

Internal and external alterations to the Grade II listed Main Building to include: works to the Colet Library to create combined library and learning support space; works to the lower ground floor to include alterations to a number of doors and windows, removal and replacement of the existing ceiling in the concourse and works to the laundry room; addition of lights and CCTV cameras to the side and rear elevations; and works to the western brick boundary wall to include cutting back the projecting brick course.

Retention of astro turf and 3no marquees in the side garden (for a temporary period of 1 year), retention of new stud wall and door to outdoor kitchen and retention of a bin store at the rear of the property; erection of a new boundary wall with railings on top to the side elevation; installation of a new gate to rear side elevation; internal alterations to include retention of decorations and refurbishment of ladies and gents WC, decorations and refurbishment of the fixed furniture and walls at ground floor level, and vinyls applied to internal glazing to shopfront windows; associated internal alterations.

Demolition of the existing Rosalind Franklin Building (excluding boiler house arch and chimney) and erection of a new two storey Centre for Design and Innovation (CDI) adjacent to the retained boundary wall and new fencing to the rear of properties on Rowan Road; excavation to extend the CDI to the west; erection of a glazed link between the CDI and the Mercers Building to the south; refurbishment of the Mercers Building including removal of the fire escape stair and introduction of new overhead door; demolition of the existing Forum Building (excluding screen to science courtyard) and erection of a new three storey Staff Hub and link with the Main Building; enclosure of spaces between the Main Building and the Staff Hub and CDI buildings by erection of covered links; installation of solar photovoltaic panels and replacement of existing plant screen to the roof of the Celia Johnson building; landscaping of the car park including changes to the entrance gates and the erection of a new single storey maintenance building in the southeast corner of the car park; reconfiguration of some spaces in the Main Building over lower ground, upper ground and first floor for administration spaces, meeting spaces, pastoral spaces and toilet and locker space; landscaping works to the science courtyard and other associated works.
