Retrospective works comprising of removal of partition wall in between the kitchen and living room, partial removal of the partition wall in between living and bedroom to create an open plan living area and semi open plan kitchen; removal of built-in cupboard in the bathroom; additional works to include: installation of a basin and pedestal, and a mirrored cabinet in the bathroom; refurbishment works to include making good of edges, walls and ceilings with plaster and paint in matching white colour; associated internal alterations.

Internal alterations to include a new internal retail fitting at ground floor level, consisting of the installation of new display and serving counters, back bar and installation of a DDA WC at ground floor level; provision of back of house accommodation, kitchen, store, dumbwaiter and 2no. DDA WCs to the first floor with associated balustrades and handrails and removal of 1no. rooflight.
