Alterations to existing Base Station at roof level to include: removal of existing rooftop antennas, ancillaries and associated support structures, installation of new upgraded replacement antennas, ancillaries and associated support structures, removal and replacement of equipment cabinets within an existing internal equipment room, installation of cabling and associated development thereto.

Erection of an enlarged single storey rear extension to the side of existing conservatory, following partial demolition of the existing back addition; alterations to the single storey rear extension to include, new obscure glazed flat rooflight on top, replacement of roof coverings with new stone paving on pedestals, new stone coping; removal and infilling opening to the side elevation of the existing conservatory; internal alterations at ground floor level to include relocation of an existing door in the rear hall to the proposed bathroom, formation of a new bathroom with new tiled flooring following the removal of existing partition wall, WC, door, modern fittings and built-in joinery; associated external and internal alterations.

Erection of rear extensions at first floor level following the demolition of existing first floor rear back addition; alterations to the fenestration of the modern ground floor extension; internal alterations to include: internal demolition and re-configuration of the ground floor comprising of re-instatement of opening in the wall to the kitchen, change to the existing doorways and reconstructing the wc, internal alterations at first floor level to include creation of bathroom; internal alterations to floors, re-instating original cornices, balustrades and fireplaces, new front boundary ornamental railings; associated internal and external alterations; addition of sedum roof over existing ground floor rear extension.
