Alterations to the annex building to include, replacement of modern perspex roof with new code 5 lead warm deck roof; works to the rear garden to include, reinstatement of previously demolished garden dwarf wall, replacement of external stone steps from rear garden to rear lightwell with a brick built low level raised planting bed rendered in lime stucco, associated external and internal alterations and repairs.

Alterations to second floor level to include, replacement of existing roof pavilion with a new mansard roof including installation of 1no. CCTV camera mounted to the new mansard roof to the front and 1no. Works to Craven Cottage to include rebuilding of the server room roof, work to the front cill and cornice, repair work to the timber elements of the floor of the balcony, repair work to steel members and associated alterations.

Installation of a new rooflight above the main flat roof at roof level; internal alterations to include: second floor level - alterations to master bathroom and guest bathroom, new floorings to rooms, new built-in furnitures in bedrooms, installation of radiator behind radiator cover to guest room, enlargement of the guest bathroom by forming a new partition wall in between guest room and guest bathroom, new door positions and alterations to doors in between master bedroom and master bathroom; first floor - repairing of existing walls; ground floor - alterations to door opening positions of the study and reception rooms, new floorings and built in furnitures to kitchen and conservatory, new flooring to guest room and marble mantlepiece to be re-located from kitchen to reception room and new slate hearth wall panelling adjusted; associated internal alterations.

Erection of a front extension at first floor level including an increase of the ridge height of first floor side extension and 1no rooflight on top; erection of a single storey rear extension to the side of the existing back addition; alterations to the roof of single storey back addition to include the installation of new rooflights; installation of a new window and replacement of existing front entrance door with a new door at ground floor level to the front elevation; installation of soil vent pipe at the front of the property and cast iron rain water pipes at the rear of the property; replacement of 1no window with a new double glazed timber framed window including a flat brick arch above at first floor level to the front elevation; internal alterations to include new bathroom fitting at first floor level and new kitchen fitting at ground floor level; associated internal and external alterations.

External alterations to include, alterations to the front and rear roofslopes including replacement of synthetic slate roof covering with riven synthetic slate roof and ridge tiles, replacement of existing sarking felt underneath with appropriate grade sarking felt of a non-breathable variety, installation of lead flashings and soakers in to parapet walls on both sides; reprofiling of the flat roof of existing two storey back addition to include replacement of felt flat roof covering with lead-grey single-ply membrane and installation of lead flashings and new under-decking beneath eaves tile at intersection between flat and pitched roof; internal alterations to include, replacement of existing plaster finishes in the rear bedroom at first floor level and to the rear of the living room at ground floor level with salt resisting renovating plaster.

External alterations to include installation of two new windows to replace the existing window at first floor level to the rear elevation; installation of French doors to replace the existing windows to the rear of living room and installation of a new window opening to the rear of kitchen/dining room at ground floor level; removal of cw tank and installation of 6no solar heat panels above the roof of single storey back addition; alterations to rear garden area to form new storage and seating area; internal alterations at first floor level to include installation of a new wardrobe to front master bedroom, sub-division of the rear bedroom 2 to allow the installation of an en-suite shower room; internal alterations at ground floor level to include installation of new storage cupboards with door openings and installation of an en-suite wc and basin units to the front study/bedroom 3, new door to living room, removal of the kitchen door to form an open plan living/kitchen room, removal of the ground floor bathroom and installation of new kitchen units with new cylinder and boiler, alterations to the internal chimney areas at ground floor level; associated internal and external alterations.
