Erection of an enlarged single storey rear extension to the side of existing conservatory, following partial demolition of the existing back addition; alterations to the single storey rear extension to include, new obscure glazed flat rooflight on top, replacement of roof coverings with new stone paving on pedestals, new stone coping; removal and infilling opening to the side elevation of the existing conservatory; internal alterations at ground floor level to include relocation of an existing door in the rear hall to the proposed bathroom, formation of a new bathroom with new tiled flooring following the removal of existing partition wall, WC, door, modern fittings and built-in joinery; associated external and internal alterations.

Erection of rear extensions at first floor level following the demolition of existing first floor rear back addition; alterations to the fenestration of the modern ground floor extension; internal alterations to include: internal demolition and re-configuration of the ground floor comprising of re-instatement of opening in the wall to the kitchen, change to the existing doorways and reconstructing the wc, internal alterations at first floor level to include creation of bathroom; internal alterations to floors, re-instating original cornices, balustrades and fireplaces, new front boundary ornamental railings; associated internal and external alterations; addition of sedum roof over existing ground floor rear extension.

Erection of a single storey rear extension at basement level to the side of the existing back addition; excavation of part of the front garden to enlarge and provide steps down into the existing front lightwell; installation of double-glazed windows to the rear elevation in a like for like manner where new glazing proposed; upgrading and restoration of existing windows to the front elevation to match the existing in single glazing; installation of honeysuckle style railings to the balcony at first floor level to the front elevation; external restoration/decorative works; restoration of the existing main roof, including installation of rooflights, which will not be visible from street level and will enhance the level of natural daylight in the building; internal alterations to include upgrade of central heating throughout, removal of degraded wallpaper to all areas and skim plaster throughout, and carrying out of internal general decorative works throughout; and associated external and internal alterations.

External alterations to Bute Hall to include the replacement of high level glazing to gable rooflight above the new entrance, new curtain wall system to entrance and high level clerestory windows within corridor, external alterations to southern elevation of Bute Hall to include the installation of ventilation cowls to southern roofslope, new openable glazed rooflights to replace the existing rooflight above the ground floor corridor, abutment to existing brickwork and new roof membrane, external alterations to the western elevation of Bute Hall to include reinstatement of the window at first floor level, new window to existing door opening and re-use existing door in place of the window opening at ground floor level, alterations to the roof finishes and installation of a boiler flue; internal alterations and rearrangement in conjunction with the use of Bute Hall as a sixth form centre for Sacred Heart School; erection of a cycle parking shelter; associated internal and external alterations.

Erection of a front and rear roof extension to replace existing, involving an increase in the roof height and alterations to the pitch to match those of adjoining properties at No.s 83 and 87 Black Lion Lane, and including the installation of a rooflight within the flat roof; erection of a single storey ground floor rear extension, to the side of the existing back addition, including the installation of French doors to the rear elevation; replacement of single glazed sliding sash windows with double glazed sliding sash windows to match originals; and internal alterations to include the installation of new electrics and plumbing to replace existing throughout; at ground floor level infilling the opening between the front room and the rear room and thus returning the area to the original 2no. room layout, and rebuilding the wall between the corridor and the rear room to return this to its original layout; at second floor level infilling the existing opening into the bathroom area and create a new opening from the bedroom into the bathroom area, remodel the existing bathroom and cupboard area into a new master bathroom and wardrobe area; and at third floor level the incorporation of 2no. new bedrooms and a bathroom into the newly modelled 3rd floor, and installation of a new staircase to the third floor more in line with the existing staircase.

Erection of a single storey rear extension following the demolition of existing ground floor back addition and garden wall, including installation of 3no. rooflights on top of the flat roof, installation of double glazed Crittall-type windows and sliding door to the rear elevation; internal alterations include, repositioning of a ceiling hatch and installation of a ladder to provide access to the loft, and creation of a new bathroom at first floor level, demolition of partition walls between reception and storage room to kitchen and dining area, removal of a door opening; reinstatement of the original partition wall in connection with the creation of a study room, creation of a cloakroom under the staircase, formation of an opening to allow for kitchen door to be moved towards the centre of the entrance hallway wall segment, formation of an opening to allow for proposed cloakroom to extend slightly into the kitchen, at ground floor level.
