1-6 BPM (Bishop Park Mansions) Robinia: Fell to ground level; 55-60 BPM Cherry: Reduce crown by 1.5m approx 61-66 BPM Magnolia: Reduce by 1.5m approx all round; 67-72 BPM Bay: Fell to ground level 73-78 BPM Yew: Cut down to height of the top of the ground floor window; 97-102 BPM Magnolia: Reduce crown by 1m 97-102 BPM Ash: Fell to ground level

T1 - front garden, Palm. Tree growing close to front of the building, prune back canopy to leave 1 meter clearance form front of house. T2 - rear garden, Magnolia. Tree grows close to rear of building obscuring ground floor and 1st floor windows. Reduce crown by 1.5m T3 & T4- rear garden, Yew and Bay. Poorly pruned specimens in decline, remove to ground level.

Front garden. T1) Magnolia (M.soulangea), reduce crown by 25% to suitable growth point at natural canopy line; thin crown centre removing all deadwood and crossing branch to allow more air/light through canopy. T2) Olive (Oleo europeaea), remove tall central leader to main trunk; light trim inbound side level with 1st floor window; thin LHS lower growth and shape all sides to balance and tidy.

Trees in Furnival Gardens overhanging clients garden 12 Upper Mall. Hornbeam (Carpinus betulus) x 5, reduce height to bottom of 2nd floor window sill, removing approx. 3-3.5m of growth. Reduce remaining crowns to the most recent previous reduction points, ensuring no overhang to Sussex House, 12 Upper Mall, removing approx. 2-3m of new growth. Retain some furnishing growth. Final height 6m, final overall spread 4m. Madenhair Tree (Ginkgo biloba), Reduce height to bottom of 2nd floor window sill, removing approx 3-3.5m of growth. Cut any growth on building side back to main stem, removing approx. 1-1.5m of growth. Final height 6m, final overall spread 2m.

Removal of branches overhanging Army Reserve Centre windows from neighbouring property. Permission requested to remove the branches back to the boundary line. The branches are to the left hand-side front of site.

Front garden. T1) Bay(Laurus nobilis), reduce height by 1.5m to suitable growth points to maintain rounded top canopy line when regrowth appears; trim back sides by 0.6m to compact rounded form with emphasis on 1m clear separation from house wall/windows. Since last work carried out Nov 17 the tree has grown enormously it cuts out light of 1st and 2nd floor windows of our front house, overhangs significantly both adjoining properties and street and pavement below and touches cables. Crown thinning 30% and crown reduction 1.00 - 2.00 m

T1: Medlar - Crown reduce sympathetically to reshape. Remove deadwood, stubs and dead branches. Install 1x large stake and ties to support. T2: Magnolia - Crown reduce to reshape and balance. T3: Camelia (dead) - Fell tree to a point as close to ground level and grub out stump. T4: Wisteria - Prune back to main framework giving clearance to roof, eaves and windows. Prune back down to below 2nd floor windows and train where possible along water pipes. Trim/ prune back from neighbour's Elder trees.
