Liverpool Street Station:Partial demolition of Station including concourse, train sheds and entrances to Bishopsgate, Liverpool Street and Sun Street Passage. Demolition of 50 Liverpool Street. Construction and remodelling of station at basement, lower and upperconcourses, new station roof, new entrances to Bishopsgate, Liverpool Street and Sun Street Passage, new lifts and escalators. Provision of units at basement, lower and upper concourse flrs for retail, café/restaurant, public house/bar. Remodelling of existing bus station and provision of a cycle hub on upper concourse. Andaz/Great Eastern Hotel:Alteration of existing building at basement, ground and upper flrs including insertion of new structure, creation of new west wall and removal and replacement of mansard roof. Change of use from hotel to office at part ground flr and across flrs 1-4; access to servicing area from vehicle lifts at flr 3; provision of units at basement and ground for retail, café/restaurant, and public house/bar; spaces for leisure and community uses; retail and café/restaurant at part of flr 5. Over Station Development:Erection of a new building above Liverpool Street Station and 40 Liverpool Street with maximum height of 108.6 metres AOD in height (excluding rooftop plant) comprising office use at flrs 5-13, and partly at flrs 14-15, with ancillary lobby and functions at flrs 3-4. New hotel at flrs 17-20 and partly within flrs 14-16, ancillary restaurant/bar at flr 15 and ancillary leisure facility at flr 16. New public amenity space at podium level comprising café/restaurant, retail, leisure; and partially at flr 16 comprising outdoor pool, leisure court and café/restaurant, alongside a publicly accessible roof garden. Provision of lifts, cycle parking, servicing, refuse, and plant.

Alterations, including partial demolition (retrospective) and rebuilding of existing three-storey building with the addition of a further two-storey upward extension on top, in connection with the provision of flexible Class 'E' commercial use, including office accommodation/employment hub, together with a café/restaurant space at ground floor and roof level, associated soft and hard landscaping, upgrading of central courtyard and provision of a roof top garden, provision of car parking spaces, cycle parking spaces, refuse storage and other associated works.

Submission of details and samples of the roofing material for the single-storey part of the extension, pursuant to Condition 9 of listed building consent reference: 2023/00651/LBC dated 26th May 2023.

Installation of pergola structure, external seating, and associated works including lighting to facilitate the use of the terrace at ninth floor roof level.

Variation of condition 2 (in accordance with approved drawings) pursuant to planning permission dated 08/11/2021 ref 2021/2480 (Alterations, including the comprehensive refurbishment of the existing building including elevational changes, and its upward extension by two storeys to create a third floor and set-back fourth floor level, in connection with the provision flexible Class 'E' commercial use, including office accommodation/employment hub, together with a cafe/restaurant space at ground floor and roof level, associated soft and hard landscaping, including upgrading of central courtyard and provision of a roof top garden, provision of car parking spaces, cycle parking spaces, refuse storage and other associated works). The amendments sought include the addition of an infill at first floor level above the Deodar Road access point to facilitate access to a new internal stair at first floor level; extension of external walkway; removal of internal single storey staircase with floor void infilled at ground level; internal recess squared off at ground level - works in connection with updated fire safety strategy.

Replacement of windows and the installation of one front and one rear roof window and new railings and staircase to the front lightwell incorporating interal alterations to coincide with Listed Building Application 00248/5/L4 (P/2023/2135).

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Drawings) and Condition 14 (Demolition and Enabling Works) to provide minor material amendments to Listed Building consent reference: 2020/01842/LBC dated 20th October 2020 for the "Internal and external alterations to the Grade II Listed Town Hall. Repair and restoration of rooms of heritage significance including interventions within the Assembly Hall. Internal alterations to include new platform lifts, doorways and room layouts and general reconfiguration of ground to fourth floor. Alterations at roof level, to include lowering of the courtyard parapet to accommodate new accommodation at roof level and within a roof extension. Introduction of new lift to roof level, fire-fighting lifts and bridge walkways. Repair and refurbishment of the external stone and brickwork facades. The removal of the external access platforms and stairways and reordering of ground floor entrance to enable restoration of North Elevation, and the replacement of selected single-glazed steel windows with double-glazed steel windows". Amendments sought for the removal of northern wall within the Small Hall.
