Submission of details of 1:20 scale elevation drawings of each window type showing the glazing pattern and 1:5 scale vertical and horizontal cross section drawings showing the upper and lower stiles, the meeting rails, the dimensions of the glazing, the profile and dimensions of the glazing bars and spacers (if any). A 1:5 elevation drawing should be provided of any window details, particularly window horns (if any) pursuant to condition 6; drawings and full particulars pursuant to condition 7; method statement with full particulars of the method for the instatement of the proposed under floor heating and insulation pursuant to condition 8 of planning application ref: 2022/02635/LBC granted 23rd February 2023.

Display of non-illuminated vinyl advertising signage fixed to inner face of shop window at ground floor level for a temporary period of 12 months.

Display of 1no internally illuminated projecting sign and 1no vinyl applied to window glazing to north western elevation of the building; display of 1no internally illuminated fascia sign to south western elevation of the building.

Introduction of new lift to roof level, fire-fighting lifts and bridge walkways. Repair and refurbishment of the external stone and brickwork facades. The removal of the external access platforms and stairways and reordering of ground floor entrance to enable restoration of North Elevation, and the replacement of selected single-glazed steel windows with double-glazed steel windows". Amendments sought for the removal of northern wall within the Small Hall.
