Removal of conditions 30, 31 and 32 (parking permits) of planning permission reference: 2018/03682/FUL granted 28th February 2019 for the Demolition of existing three storey building; erection of replacement three storey high building to provide replacement accommodation in flexible form of 487 sq.m of Class B1(a) or B1(c) floorspace and a 27 sq.m retail unit (Class A1) at ground floor level, and 8 no. residential units (2 x 1 bed, 5 x 2 bed, 1 x 3 bed) at first floor level and above; with associated external rear terrace areas and provision of on-site cycle storage.

Removal of Condition 1 (Permission personal to Shepherds Bush Housing Association) of planning permission reference: 1984/00234/FUL dated 2nd May 1984 for the "Use as a hostel providing single person accommodation for six persons and one self-contained one bedroom supervisor's flat alterations to the rear elevation and the erection of an external staircase at the rear." The removal of the condition is to allow the use to be purchased, operated and managed by another organisation.

Removal of conditions 3 and 4 of planning permission ref: 2008/01618/FUL granted 7th July 2008 for the 'Change of use of ground floor from shop (Class A1) to office (Class B1); conversion of the first and second floors to two self contained 2 bedroom flats; demolition of existing rear carport; erection of a two storey rear extension at ground and first floor level to provide additional accommodation to first floor flat and storage at ground floor level; erection of trellis around flat roof of new car port at first floor level in connection with its use as a terrace' to allow the occupier of the second floor flat to apply for street parking permit.

Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2018/02955/FUL dated 11th December 2018 for the "Demolition and redevelopment of part of existing single storey building to the rear (A4 use), erection of a three storey plus basement building fronting Greyhound Road (including retention of existing basement) and a single storey building fronting Aspenlea Road to provide 7no. residential units (C3 use), together with cycle parking and refuse store; installation of new and replacement plant; retention of 486 sqm of A4 use at ground and lower ground floor level." Amendments sought are alterations to the layout of Flat 6 at second floor level to improve the living accommodation for its occupants, and move the flank wall over into the light well.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission reference: 2016/01149/FUL dated 14.th June 2016 for the "Erection of 2 x two storey buildings with external staircases to both blocks to provide 11 additional classroom accommodation and 1 changing room for a temporary period; erection of a single storey pupil's toilet accommodation for a temporary period" to allow 'The classroom buildings hereby approved are permitted for a limited period only, until 31st September 2018, on or before which date both the use for classrooms shall cease and the temporary structures shall be removed from the site' to be extended to 31st August 2021.
