This application also seeks to discharge conditions 12 (Retail Amalgamation), 29 (Sustainability), 30 (Energy Strategy) and 57 (Townscape and Visual Impact Assessment) in respect of Phase 2 (Gateway West building) of the development.

Reserved Matters Application relating to the approval of access, appearance, layout, scale and landscaping in respect of Phase 1 (Gateway Central building), for the construction of a 12 storey building with basement comprising Retail (Class A1) and a Hair Dressing and Beauty Training Academy at ground floor level with Offices (B1 Use) above, together with landscaping and associated works; and approval of basement only in respect of Phase 2 (Gateway West building), all pursuant to condition 2 (Reserved Matters Details) of the outline element of planning permission (2016/04452/COMB) dated 26 March 2018, as revised by planning permission (2019/02792/VAR) dated 11 June 2020. This application also seeks to discharge conditions 12 (Retail Amalgamation), 29 (Sustainability), 30 (Energy Strategy) and 56 (Townscape and Visual Impact Assessment) in respect of Phase 1 (Gateway Central building) of the development.
