Works to trees subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/300/9/01; T1 - Holm Oak (Quercus ilex) by carry out a full crown reduction to previous pruning points; T2 - Holly trim to shape, balance and tidy; T4 - Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) fell to ground level due to evidence of heartwood decay; T5 - Holm Oak (Quercus ilex) to reduce entire crown to previous reduction points and cut back all overhanging branches to boundary fence line; T6 - Sycamore (Pseudoplatanus) to reduce entire crown to previous reduction points and to lift where necessary to 4m above ground level; T7 - Sycamore Tree (Pseudoplatanus) to reduce entire crown to previous reduction points and to lift where necessary to 4m above ground level.

Submission of details and samples of all external facing and finishing materials, pursuant to Condition 3; details of a Demolition Method Statement and Construction Management Plan, pursuant to Condition 4; details of a Demolition and Construction Logistics Plan, pursuant to Condition 5; details of measures for the protection during the construction period of the sycamore tree within the site curtilage, pursuant to Condition 6; details and a sample of obscure glass for the glazed panel on the southern elevation of the new dwelling hereby permitted, pursuant to Condition 7; details of the hard and soft landscaping of all areas external to the building, including planting and paving, detailed drawings at a scale of not less than 1:20 of fences, gates and other means of enclosure, pursuant to Condition 12; details of a scheme for temporary fencing and/or enclosure of the site where necessary, pursuant to Condition 13; details of the Ultra-Low NOx Gas fired boilers to be provided for space heating and hot water, pursuant to Condition 20; and details of a noise assessment, pursuant to Condition 21 of planning permission reference: 2018/03512/FUL dated 8th May 2019.

Submission of details of the hard and soft landscaping of all areas external to the building, including replacement tree planting and paving, detailed drawings at a scale of not less than 1:20 of fences, gates and other means of enclosure, pursuant to Condition 8 of planning permission reference: 2016/02774/FUL granted 4th January 2017.

Pruning of 1no. London Plane tree (T3), 1no. Sycamore tree (T6), 1no. Goat Willow tree (T19), 1no. Tibetan Cherry tree(T21) and 1no. London Plane tree (T22), subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/69/2/80; removal of 2no. hanging branches from the crown of the London Plane tree (T3); reduction of the limb of the Sycamore tree (T6) overhanging the climbing frame by 3m; crown reduction of the Goat Willow tree (T19) by 2m all round; pruning of the Tibetan Cherry tree (T21) by cutting back from the building, lifting off the fence to give a 1m clearance and lifting away from the swings; and pruning of the London Plane tree (T22) by removal of major deadwood and trunk suckers to crown break.

Pruning of an Oak Tree (T1), subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/362/04/09, by crown reduction by no more than 2m, reduction of lateral branches over the neighbouring play area to allow 1.5m clearance from fence, by reduction of all remaining lateral branches by up to 2m, reduction of lateral branches overhanging Latymer Playing Fields by up to 3m to suitable growth points, and crown thin by 20% removing all dead, weak, crossing and suppressed branches.
