Change of use of the rear annexe building fronting Bolingbroke Road elevation from (F1 Class) to carry out office and administrative duties (Class E); external alterations to include installation of solar panels at main roof level, installation of new screening with roof covering and rooflights to external side staircase; replacement of existing windows with new timber double glazed windows, replacement of existing doors with new doors to the front elevation at ground floor level; erection of new 1.8m high composite timber fencing and a new steel canopy structure at the front elevation; installation of 4no vents to north western elevation of the building.
