External alterations to the eastern facade of the old Music Building, including replacement of the existing single glazed metal windows with Powder Coated Aluminium windows; installation of timber cladding over the precast pebble panels to match the timber cladding of the adjacent new Music Building; and decoration of the concrete surrounds.

Retention of astro turf and 3no marquees in the side garden (for a temporary period of 1 year), retention of new stud wall and door to outdoor kitchen and retention of a bin store at the rear of the property; erection of a new boundary wall with railings on top to the side elevation; installation of a new gate to rear side elevation; internal alterations to include retention of decorations and refurbishment of ladies and gents WC, decorations and refurbishment of the fixed furniture and walls at ground floor level, and vinyls applied to internal glazing to shopfront windows; associated internal alterations.

Installation of a new timber door to replace the existing window at first floor level and erection of an external staircase from ground floor to first floor level at the side of the main building.
