Variation of condition 2 of planning application ref: 2021/04098/VLBC granted 7th April 2022 for the 'Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow minor material amendments to listed building consent reference: 2020/02025/LBC dated 17th March 2021 for the "Alterations and extensions to the Grade II listed building including the demolition of the summer house, erection of a part-one, part-two and part-three storey extension and excavation of a basement beneath the extension, in connection with the use of the site as a 32-bedroom nursing home (Use Class C2) together with the demolition and replacement of front and side boundary walls, and means of access to the highway on Daisy Lane."
