Erection of a rear roof extension; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of the existing back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side of the existing back addition; demolition of two storey lean-to storage room, to the rear elevation at ground and first floor level; installation of 1no. rooflight on top of the existing back addition at first floor level; installation of double glazed doors and a Juliet balcony to replace existing window, installation of a new painted timber sash window to replace existing window, to the rear elevation at first floor level; installation of glazed doors and windows to replace existing window, to the rear elevation at ground floor level; installation of 3no. windows following the removal of 2no. existing windows, to the side elevation at first floor level; installation of 2no. rooflights in the front roofslope; replacement of all existing windows with new painted timber sash windows, to the front elevation at ground and first floor level; installation of a new main front entrance panelled door to replace existing; alterations to the front boundary wall to include, rebuilding of the wall with the installation of metal railings on top; conversion of the existing building from 2no. self-contained flats into a single dwellinghouse.

Change of use of part of the ground floor from retail shop (Use Class A1) into a large HMO (Class Sui Generis), excavation of a new basement including the formation of a new lightwell in connection with the conversion of part of the ground floor to use as a large HMO to accommodate up to 10 residents; change of use of the first and second floor level from dental surgery (Class D1) into residential (Class C3), partial demolition of the existing building and erection of rear extensions at ground, first and second floor level in connection with the creation of 7 self-contained flats (1 x studio, 5 x 1 bedroom and 1 x 3 bedroom flat) over first and second floor level; alterations to external facades to include the installation of new windows and door openings; alterations to the shopfront; erection of new boundary walls; formation of roof terrace at second floor level; provision of new cycle and bin stores.

Variation of Condition 2 to allow material amendments to the approved drawings of planning permission reference:: 2016/05511/FUL dated 22nd December 2016 for the "Demolition of the existing building; erection of a part one, part three storey building plus-basement building to provide 2 x one bedroom and 2 x two bedroom self-contained flats; formation of balconies and a roof terrace at first floor level; erection of an external staircase from basement to ground floor level; associated landscaping." The amendments sought are alterations to include additional of rooflights to the main roof level, alterations to the extension on top of the back addition, the installation of sun pipes adjacent to each lightwell at ground floor level and removal of chimney stack at roof level, installation of boiler flue pipes, raising the height of party wall, change the staircase design, minor internal alteration to the layout, provision of addition cycle storage space at ground floor level and addition of gates to front boundary wall facing Muster Road.

Variation of Conditions 2 (drawing nos.) and 3 (brickwork) of planning permission reference: 2019/01111/FUL dated 4th July 2019 for the "Erection of a front and side roof extensions including an extension on top of the main roof; excavation of front and side gardens to form lightwells in connection with the creation of a new basement in connection with the provision of 2 x self-contained studio flats and 1 x two bedroom self-contained flat; installation of new entrance door with steps and surround to replace the existing window, installation of a new window to replace the existing entrance door, step and surround at ground floor level to the front elevation." Amendments sought include: Demolition and rebuild of previously existing building; alterations to the colour of the facing brickwork; changes to the design, opening style and material of all fenestration and the main entrance door; a new brick boundary wall; increased overall height of the building and changes to the proportions and form of the mansard roof.
