(amended description).

Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2018/01309/FUL dated 2nd July 2018 for the "Erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side and rear of the existing back addition; erection of a rear extension at upper ground to replace the existing conservatory, on top of the existing back addition; erection of a rear roof extension; erection of a single storey building in rear garden." Amendments sought are removal of the roof lights in the side extension to the back addition and replacement with a lantern light in the flat roof of the side extension; alteration of the parapet wall around the existing rear addition at first floor level on the east elevation to match the existing height on the north elevation; alteration of the single storey outbuilding in the rear garden to provide additional glazing to the south elevation, variation of materials and increase in its height and width.
