Variation of Conditions 2 (approved drawings) and 33 (bedroom numbers) of planning permission reference: 2017/01941/FUL dated 16th October 2017 as amended by 2020/02787/NMAT for the "Demolition of the existing buildings and erection of a new three storey building (4 storey to the rear) for retail use (Class E) on the ground floor and five self-contained residential units on the first, second and third floors". Amendments sought include:- changes to the layout and number of bedrooms within the flats; omission of the passenger lift; relocation of cycle and bin stores at ground floor level; relocation of main residential stairwell; new fire escape stairwell between ground and basement floors; changes to external materials to the front, rear and side elevations; change to size and finish of rear balcony doors; amendments to the design of the roof to incorporate a step accommodating the height difference between the front and rear parts of the building; removal of rear access to ground floor commercial space.
