Erection of a rear extension at first floor level on top of the proposed ground floor rear extension, and the formation of a roof terrace above to the rear elevation at second floor level; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side and rear of existing ground floor back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension at lower ground floor level, following the demolition of existing conservatory; alterations to the rear elevation at second floor level to include, removal of existing dormer windows, erection of a new dormer window, and a new dormer single door to provide access to the proposed roof terrace; landscaping of the rear garden.

Erection of a front and rear roof extension with 3no dormer windows in the front roofslope involving an increase in the ridge height by 300mm; erection of rear extensions at ground, first and second floor levels; alteration to roof of existing two storey back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension to the side of the extended back addition; replacement of 1no existing window with a new window at first floor level to the rear elevation; and installation of air conditioning unit to roof of back addition.
