Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2019/03419/FUL dated 14th January 2020 for the "Erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side and rear of the existing back addition; installation of a new window to replace the existing window to the side of single storey back addition; alterations to the side boundary wall to include the installation of a new access gate. Demolition of an existing garage to facilitate works and enlarge the existing garden." Amendments sought are the retention of the built single storey rear extension which has been constructed slightly larger, 2.64m in depth compared to the approved 2.5m, with the garden area still remaining at 50% of the original garden area as the light well has been constructed at a larger size than approved, and an enlarged side boundary wall to extend across the full depth of the side boundary.

Erection of a rear roof extension; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of the existing back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side of existing back addition; demolition of the existing garage with a replacement electric gate to access the parking spot; installation of 2no. rooflights in the front roofslope; bricking up 1no. of existing window, to the side elevation at first floor level; enlargement of part of the side boundary garden wall fronting Gironde Road; alterations to the rear elevation at ground floor level to include creation of a new door opening, installation of sliding doors to replace an existing window; excavation of part of the front and rear garden to form lightwells, in connection with the enlargement of existing basement.

Variation of condition 2 of planning application ref: 2017/04166/FUL of which appeal ref: APP/H5390/W/18/3205567 granted 26th November 2018 for the 'Demolition of former car parking garage in residential use and erection of a single storey plus-basement building to provide a two storey single family dwellinghouse.' Amendments to the roof of single storey rear extension to include the installation of 2no flat rooflights in place of 1no rooflight.
