Erection of a rear extension at first floor level, over part of the existing back addition; erection of a two storey rear extension at lower ground and upper ground floor level, following the demolition of existing back addition and shed; erection of a single storey outbuilding in the front garden to be used as a storage unit; formation of a roof terrace at main roof level.

Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission (ref: 2020/00646/FUL) dated 24 November 2020 for "The redevelopment of the site comprising the demolition and removal of the existing timber shed buildings, the retention of the existing office and former recording studio buildings and the development of part-basement, part-1, part-2, part-3 storey buildings, refurbishment of the office building and development of a first floor extension to the recording studio; to be used as office (Use Class B1), associated access works and cycle parking spaces". In conjunction with minor external and internal alterations to the approved buildings, the amendments include: installation of new windows on south elevation and the reconfiguration of the plant enclosure at roof level (Block A), increase in parapet heights (infill elements) and reconfiguration to provide a brick clad boundary wall with the Cambridge Grove properties (Block B); and alterations to provide an enclosed bike store fronting Cambridge Grove (Building C).

Demolition of existing conservatory and the roof over the single storey rear extension; erection of a new single storey rear infill extension (matching the footprint of the existing conservatory), including new roof over whole of single storey rear extension; enlargement of the existing ground floor rear elevation kitchen window and installation of a white timber sash slimline double glazed window; installation of an aluminium casement window at ground floor level (within the south facing wall) to serve the kitchen; replacement of the existing front elevation ground floor window (serving a W/C) with a new timber arched sash single glazed window; erection of a painted timber bike shed within the front garden.

Erection of a rear roof extension; erection of a single storey rear extension; installation of 3no rooflights in the front roofslope; alterations to the roof of single storey back addition to include the installation of new rooflights; erection of a new brick boundary wall with railings on top and brick piers to replace the existing front boundary wall; removal of existing front porch and pushing back of the front entrance with new front entrance door and windows; removal of the front ramp and replace with external tiles; removal of the existing shed and replace with new external steps in the rear garden.

Minor material amendment to planning permission reference: 2019/03639/FUL dated 24th April 2020, for the "Erection of a rear roof extension, involving an increase in the ridge height by 385mm; installation of 2no. rooflights in the front roofslope; installation of French doors and a Juliet balcony to replace existing window to the rear elevation at second floor level; erection of a part one part two storey rear extension at ground and first floor level; formation of a roof terrace at first floor level over part of the proposed ground floor rear extension; installation of French doors in the side elevation of the proposed extension at first floor level to provide access to the proposed roof terrace; and removal of rear garden shed and front garden moped enclosure." Amendment sought is an 180mm increase in the height of the parapet wall of the approved ground floor rear extension.
