Minor material amendment to planning permission reference: 2019/03639/FUL dated 24th April 2020, for the "Erection of a rear roof extension, involving an increase in the ridge height by 385mm; installation of 2no. rooflights in the front roofslope; installation of French doors and a Juliet balcony to replace existing window to the rear elevation at second floor level; erection of a part one part two storey rear extension at ground and first floor level; formation of a roof terrace at first floor level over part of the proposed ground floor rear extension; installation of French doors in the side elevation of the proposed extension at first floor level to provide access to the proposed roof terrace; and removal of rear garden shed and front garden moped enclosure." Amendment sought is an 180mm increase in the height of the parapet wall of the approved ground floor rear extension.
