Creation of a temporary site construction compound in the rear garden of 77 Macfarlane Road in connection with the implementation of planning permission Ref. 2019/02691/VAR (granted 27.03.2020) at 66 Macfarlane Road, to include: demolition of existing boundary wall fronting Macfarlane Road and erection of 1.8m high timber hoarding with pedestrian access fronting Macfarlane Road and within the rear garden of no. 77, removal of existing garden shed and erection of two storey stacked office containers with external staircase, for a temporary period until February 2024. Reinstatement of the boundary wall and gate fronting Macfarlane Road, erection of replacement garden shed, replacement of boundary wall with no 79 and associated re-landscaping following completion of the construction works and removal of hoarding and office containers.

Erection of a new three storey building to provide dining and library space, erection of glazed links inter-connecting to the main building to the south, the Brooke Building to the north and the Goodison Building to the west, following partial demolition of the existing library building and demolition of the existing link to the north; re-landscaping of the western courtyard for both outdoor dining and learning, and enclosure of the first floor terrace of the Goodison building to provide an extended sixth form common room; associated external alterations. Non-material amendment to approved application (Ref: 2018/03058/FUL) dated 23 March 2020; for the demolition of all buildings on site, and erection of two buildings with basement level, comprising 1 x part 11/ part 22 storey building and 1 x part 11/part 32 storey building to provide 527 residential units with ancillary residential facilities (C3); 1,350 sq m (GEA) of flexible commercial, community and leisure floorspace (A1-A3, B1, D1-D2); means of access, public realm, amenity space, landscaping, and other associated infrastructure works including creation of basement level access to the adjoining White City Living site and works to the site's western boundary.
