This application seeks to vary conditions 2 (approved drawings) and 9 (obscured windows) to allow minor material amendments to the approved scheme including alterations to the size and position of rooflights over the single storey rear extension; the size and position of windows in the north, south and west elevations; alterations to the screening and balustrade enclosing the first floor roof terrace; and the installation of a new roof light in the north elevation of the extension at second floor level.
