Demolition of the single storey back addition and rear outbuildings attached to the rear of the main building; erection of side and rear extensions at lower ground, upper ground and first floor level, erection of a rear roof extension to replace the existing dormer window, excavation beneath the main building in connection with the creation of a new basement and the formation of a roof terrace at upper ground floor level to the main building; change of use of the main building from office (Class E) into 2 x two bedroom self-contained flats; erection of a part one storey plus-basement single family dwellinghouse in the rear garden; erection of a new boundary wall with three new entrances to the side elevation; associated landscaping and external alterations.

Change of use of the existing HMO units (Class C4) into residential (Class C3); demolition of the existing buildings (no.21 - 23 Munden Street) with the exception of the front facade, erection of replacement part two, part three and part four storey extensions to provide 2 x 2 bedroom and 6 x 1 bedroom self-contained flats with roof terraces to apartments 5, 6 and 7; formation of refuse storage and cycle storage at the front of the buildings (no. 21 - 23 Munden Street); associated landscaping.

Variation of Condition 2 to allow material amendments to the approved drawings of planning permission reference:: 2016/05511/FUL dated 22nd December 2016 for the "Demolition of the existing building; erection of a part one, part three storey building plus-basement building to provide 2 x one bedroom and 2 x two bedroom self-contained flats; formation of balconies and a roof terrace at first floor level; erection of an external staircase from basement to ground floor level; associated landscaping." The amendments sought are alterations to include additional of rooflights to the main roof level, alterations to the extension on top of the back addition, the installation of sun pipes adjacent to each lightwell at ground floor level and removal of chimney stack at roof level, installation of boiler flue pipes, raising the height of party wall, change the staircase design, minor internal alteration to the layout, provision of addition cycle storage space at ground floor level and addition of gates to front boundary wall facing Muster Road.
