Screening Opinion request in accordance with Regulation 6 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017, in order to determine whether the production of an Environmental Statement is required to accompany an outline/hybrid planning application for the development of the following: Approximately 14 hectares of land for a solar farm; Approximately 6.4 hectares of land for industrial/commercial land (labelled green industry and office park on the attached plan); An electric vehicle (EV) charging facility for 20 vehicles: A farm shop/café of approximately 500 square metres floorspace; and The use of land for the siting of 21 residential lodges and an ancillary maintenance/management building
