Internal amendments and window fenestration replaced throughout

Installation of replacement windows and replace a back door with a small window

To fix an aluminium roundel tray sign 200mm x 200mm x 40mm powder-coated in white with digital printed laminated graphics to face, including cross section fixing bracket, to the external wall left hand side of door underneath the existing sign

Lower the existing sign (square) on the external wall at the front of the building left-hand side of the door by four bricks and in its old position attach a new aluminium roundel tray sign 200mm x 200mm x 40mm powder-coated in white with digital printed laminated graphics to face. To also lower the square sign on the right to align with the left

Form new ground floor window at rear

Conversion of outbuilding to dwelling and extension to outbuilding (revised scheme of 21/01618/LBC to vary the design to include a further extension to provide a corridor to the northern elevation)

Erection of a replacement single storey extension, removal of existing porch, erection of gates and internal alterations.
