Application for variation of condition 2 (Materials) and condition 4 (Approved Plans) of planning permission HW/HSE/22/00483 for the construction of a single storey rear extension, single storey side extension and porch, with outbuilding and new front boundary wall and gates

Variation to planning permission HW/FUL/21/00633 for existing downpipe from plant room to be replaced by an AOV. AOV to be installed at head of stairs within plant room, cut out a section of existing structural opening to achieve required free area for the AOV. Reduce width of window opening, rebuild with masonry construction and incorporate existing downpipe. External leaf to be constructed from brickwork to match existing brickwork. New AOV/window to be installed. Utilise two existing window openings so major structural works are not required.
