Continuation of development of the construction of a new 2FE Primary School with associated playing fields, hard play areas, MUGA, landscaping, cycle/scooter storage, staff parking and supporting infrastructure without compliance with Condition 2 (construction in accordance with approved details) attached to planning permission ref CC/HLW/01/20, to allow an increase in the height of the site boundary fencing; provision of a service gate; reduction in the height of the fence around the internal MUGA; revised final site levels; minor revisions to the layout of the car park and hard and soft landscaping
