Installation of a new LEAP 1 playground in an area of existing woodland/scrub. The proposal includes installation of play equipment, a path through the site with two entrances (one DDA accessible), tree and shrub planting, mainly using native woodland species in keeping with the surrounding area and fencing around the boundary.

Installation of 9 car parking spaces, including 1 no. disabled parking bay. Proposed knee-rail fence along the parameter of the existing green.
