Reposition of rear door and reduce size of one rear window

Application for non-material amendment following a grant of planning permission under planning application HW/HSE/20/00548 for changes to the rear extension - rear extension now proposed to run across one side of the existing rear facade. Addition of window to side gable at ground level. One window on the first floor will need replacing due to the proposed extended rear extension. Omit flying roof canopy (to simplify and reduce costs). Change to front porch - brickwork panel to the front porch proposed in a brick relief pattern.

Various works to Fountains Farm to address structural and damp issues, to include but not limited to: underpinning, repositioning boiler and flue, staircase handrail replacement, sanitaryware replacement, new flooring, overhaul existing roof replacing defective lead flashing, gutter repairs, brick repointing, new RWPs, repair and replace fascias, render some external walls, window replacement, injecting new DPC, overhaul front door and frame, replace feather boarding, and new gabion cages.
