Demolition of existing extensions to be replaced with a two storey extension, including roof terrace; construction of a rear dormer. Minor alterations to the existing curtilage and boundary wall.

Demolition of existing outhouse, construction of single storey rear infill extension. Widening of access gates. Installation of dormer in lieu of existing two sky lights. Alterations to fenestration. Addition of steps to rear.

Alterations to approved garage to include increase in roof height, installation of first floor and 2no. windows, erection of dormer and construction of timber deck.
