Conversion of existing ground floor retail and demolition of outbuildings to form 3 apartments, erection of two storey extension, change of use of basement from commercial storage to residential storage and tree works.

Approval of details required under condition 8 (Submission of surface water drainage information) and 10 (Root Protection Area details) under planning consent 19/03086/FUL - Conversion / Extension of existing outbuilding to create single dwelling, partial demolition of ancillary outbuilding and formation of new vehicle access. Condition 10:- The only tree affected was the Cherry to the east of the proposed development - see drawing 18/03/1734 01 Rev A. This was subsequently found to be diseased and in a dangerous condition and was removed with HBC's approval.

Approval of details under condition 6 (tree protection areas and landscaping), 11 parts A and B (land contamination), 14 (Construction Method Statement), 16 (drainage) of Planning Permission 19/02526/FULMAJ - Conversion of existing building to form 8 No. dwellings and erection of 5 No. dwellings.

Conversion of ancillary building to form an annexe, with flexible use as holiday acccomodation, alongside the installation of a chimney and alterations to doorways and fenestration, and replanting of felled TPO tree (ref: T25 of TPO01/1970)
