Approval of details required under condition 8 (Submission of surface water drainage information) and 10 (Root Protection Area details) under planning consent 19/03086/FUL - Conversion / Extension of existing outbuilding to create single dwelling, partial demolition of ancillary outbuilding and formation of new vehicle access. Condition 10:- The only tree affected was the Cherry to the east of the proposed development - see drawing 18/03/1734 01 Rev A. This was subsequently found to be diseased and in a dangerous condition and was removed with HBC's approval.
