Application to vary condition 2 (approved plans) to amend the approved layout - of listed building consent 19/02507/LB - Listed building consent for part conversion of flats to form 1no. additional flat with associated parking and internal alterations to existing flats. Works to include demolition and rebuilding of small extension, installation of staircase, removal and installation of partition walls, formation of window, replacement windows and doors.
