Due to the lean and the long leggy structure of these trees there is a lack of joints to properly reduce back to joints for clearance (which I would normally apply for in this case). We feel that As there is 2 more mature tree of the same variety behind, which is perfectly shaped and continues the amenity value. (NB we are only applying to remove the small tree closest to 29 Oaks, not the two larger mature trees behind).
