Non-material amendment to allow stone mullions instead of timber to bay window, timber columns instead of stone to entrance and the existing gate post to be changed to match the new rough cut stone gate posts of planning permission 20/00094/FUL: Erection of front gable extension, first floor and loft extension and entrance canopy; Creation of new access, reconfiuration of driveway, erection of new boundary wall and retrospective garage corner infill; Hard and soft landscaping.
