Works to trees within Harrogate Conservation Area, comprising: Group 1: 4 no. Scots Pine: remove deadwood from crown. Tree 2: Lawson Cypress: Remove limb growing toward and rubbing on property roof damaging fascia. Tree 3: Lawson Cypress: Side prune to height of 6m on property side of tree to prevent damage to roof and fascia. Tree 4: Lawson Cypress: Side prune to height of 6m on property side of tree to prevent damage to roof and fascia. Please refer to photographs.

Tree works within the Harrogate Consrevation Area. 1 no Sycamore (T1) - crown lift above the garden to 5 meters. 1 no Whitebeam (T2)- crown lift to 3 meters. 1 no Sycamore (T3)- reduce length of lateral elongated branch at 10 meters above the drive by 1 meter in length to 7 meters. Felling of 1 no Sorbus (T4). 1 no Hazel (T5) - reduce lateral branch spread back by 1.5 meters to retain 2 meters to clear wall and roof elevations of neighbouring synagogue. 2 no Maple (T6 and T7) - crown lift to 4 meters, reduce lateral branch spread by 1 meter to clear neighbouring property to retain 2 meters.

Works to various trees within Harrogate Conservation Area. The schedule of work proposed is as follows: T1 Oak - crown lift to 5 1/2 meters. T2 Plum - remove the branches supporting purple coloured foliage to retain the 'type' green foliage. T3 Silver Birch - crown lift to 5 meters. T4 Silver Birch - reduce back lateral branch spread by 2 meters to boundary to clear the garage roof. T5 Crab Apple - reduce canopy dimensions by 2 meters height and spread to retain 3 meters height and 2-3 meters radial branch spread. T6 Oak - reduce back lateral branch spread by 2 meters to east to retain 3 meters radial spread. T7 Silver Birch - reduce height by 3 meters and reshape retaining 6 meters height and 3 meters radial branch spread . T8 Hazel - coppice to 0.5 meters.

Works to Tree Preservation Order 18/2009 G2 - Crown lift 1no. Sycamore to 5m above ground. Lateral reduction 1no. Oak to privde 5m clearance of roof line and pruning to lateral branch to north from approx 10m to 7m. Crown lift 1no. Red Chestnut to 3m above ground and prune crown to allow 1m clearance of phone line.

Works to trees within Green Hammerton Conservation Area Crown thin 1 no. Cherry (T1) by 10% and Lateral Reduction by 1.5m Crown clean 1 no. Conifer (T2) Crown lift 1 no. Purple Plum (T3) by 1m to clear property roof. Crown thin 1 no. Ornamental Plum (T4) by 10%

Lateral reduction from suthern elevation by 2m to retain 5m radial span and crown lift to give roof 1m clearance of 1 no. Walnut (T1) within Knaresborough conservation area.

Works to 2 no. Sycamore (T1 and T2) of Tree Preservation Order No. 01/1970 A11 T1 - reduce branch spread on southern canopy extending over barn roof by 2 meters (to leave 6 meters radial crown spread). T2- reduce branch spread on eastern canopy extending over barn roof by 2 meters (to leave 6 meters radial crown spread)

Works to 1 no. Sycamore (T1) within Kirkby Overblow Conservation Area. Lateral reduction of lower branches only by 3m away from outbuilding roof. Lower branches obstruct access to the roof and have the potential to cause damage during high winds. Also cause excessive shading of the outbuilding. Planning permission has been granted to replace the roof and currently the lower branches will make this work difficult to complete.

Approval of details under condition 3 (tree protection plan) of Planning Permission (21/03751/FUL) - Replacement roof over existing garage. Single storey extensions to the side and rear elevations
