Conversion of barn to dwelling with reinstatement of central section with a traditional brickwork construction with pantile roof to replace current portal frame element; various internal alterations to include relocation of staircase and insertion of walls, windows and doors. Outer barns retained and converted with 'lean too' pole barn to the rear to be replaced with single flat roof structure.

Listed building consent for the removal of the current asbestos roof sheets, and the construction of a new timber roof with a slate tile covering to the generator store. The corrugated asbestos (Chrysotile) roof sheets will be removed, alongside the existing roof structure, including the current internal timber purlins. New cast iron half round gutters and downpipes are to be secured to the North elevation.
