Variations of conditions 2 (approved drawings) and removal of condition 3 (external stonework) of planning permission 21/00144/FUL to allow inspection of all external materials and erection of single and two storey extensions to Units 1 and 2 with outbuildings, conversion of existing agricultural building to form Unit 3 and alterations to fenestration with landscaping.

Vary condition 2 (Approved details) to allow for an additional bedroom in the roof spaces alterations for Plots 1 and 2, alterations to internal layouts and alteration to fenestration including additional rooflights and sun pipes for Plots 1, 2 and 3 using approved dwelling footprints, an increase in the width of the approved double garages for each plot, and associated amendments to the site plan and alterations to approved drainage arrangements for the site; Variation of Condition 3 (highways works) to remove the requirement for a 1.8m wide footway; and Variation of Condition 5 (Parking Facilities)- to refer to parking facilities on the updated site plan of Planning Permission 19/03851/FUL: Demolition of existing agricultural buildings. Erection of 3 dwellings and garages, formation of associated access and hard/soft landscaping.

Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow for reconfiguration of internal layout and alterations to windows of Planning Permission 17/03095/FUL - Conversion of barns to form 2 dwellings, erection of 1 dwelling and associated garaging, formation of hardstanding, associated boundary treatments, landscaping, installation of package treatment plant and demolition of agricultural buildings (as amended) .
