Application for non-material amendment to planning permission 22/04886/FUL; 1. amend the facing material to render to match the existing concrete face. 2. windows to front elevation amended from a single pane, to a narrow frame full height french door type to allow ventilation and external access to the terrace and garden. The frames will be slim aluminium of a colour to match the bronze of the existing. 3. fill in one side window with a panel of stonework to match the existing walling. 4. The single sliding glass door facing the lower terrace is to be amended to a split assemble with a side sliding glass door. 5. The framing is offset slightly to allow construction. 6. An external rainwater hopper and downpipes is proposed.

Amendment to the wording of condition 17 of 20/01698/REMMAJ to the following - The construction phase of the development shall be undertaken in accordance with the Outline Method Statement, prepared by Peter Duffy Limited (dated January 2022), unless otherwise agreed with the Local Planning Authority. The approved wheel washing facilities must be kept in place in full working order and available for use during the construction period of the development. All vehicles involved in the transport of waste materials or finished products from the site must leave the site through the wheel washing facility so that no mud or waste materials are deposited on the public highway.

Application to amend Condition 10 of the 17/00896/OUT to allow construction of the access in accordance with E6 after all heavy construction vehicles have visited site and the services have been installed so that the entrance does not get damaged.

Non Material Amendments to Condition 2 (Approved Drawings) of permission 19/00700/DVCMAJ to allow: Removal of sloping wall on external building elevation and replacement with vertical wall; and revised routing to construction access/service road

Variation of Condition 11 of Planning Consent 16/05647/EIAMAJ, to substitute the requirement of the submission of a BREEAM Design Certificate prior to development commencing to a Post Construction BREEAM certificate within 12 months of the first occupation that acheives a rating of 'Very Good or Higher'.
