Erection of 1no. free standing illuminated signage totem to car park boundary

Erection of boundary fence and wall, to include new vehicular access and gates.

Replacement of existing fence (5ft high) and hedge (10ft high) with new fence (6ft high) on Leeds Road boundary extending onto Firs Avenue boundary of property. (Retrospective Application).

Fell 1 no. Sycamore of Tree Preservation Order No. 01/1970 A19- replace with Hornbeam standard size in adjacent location. Sycamore has significant basal decay; significant top & lateral dieback; increasingly liable to significant failure; increasing risk to users of garden & users of well-used public footpath immediately beyond the boundary, this path running under the branch spread.

Retrospective application for the removal of hedging and installation of 1.9m high timber boundary fencing.

Works to 1 no. Cedar (T1) of Tree Prservation Order No. 07/1987 T1 (council owned) Lateral reduction back to boundary line or removal of one lower limb because the tree is over hanging into applicants garden and blocking the sunlight. The tree has lost a few limbs over the years and she is concerned that this could cause damage to her property.

Formation of new vehicular access point, removal of part of existing boundary hedge and the erection of 4 stone piers and 2 timber gates.

Demolition of boundary wall and formation of vehicular access and hardstanding to provide off-street parking for motorhome. (Revised scheme)

Felling of 4no. Sycamore within TPO order R55/2021 P G2, lateral reduction (by 1.5m) of 1no. Sycamore within TPO order 53/2021, lateral reduction (away from neighbouring garden to boundary line) of whole group within R55/2021 P G1.
