Replacement garage with annexe.

Demolition of existing dwelling and extant outbuildings, retaining currently under construction pool hall and garage, and erection of replacement dwelling.

Demolition of garage. Erection of single storey rear extension, single storey front porch extension and replacement detached garage.

Conversion of vacant garage / store with erection of first floor extension and side carport with first floor extension over to form 1 no. two storey detached dwelling.

Roof extension to the existing annex along with conversion of the existing garage.

Non-material amendment to allow in respect of Plots 1 and 2 changed garage door style, ameded window and cill heights, addition of solar panels, blanking panels to selected window openings, omission of a window and changed door material. Amendment of rooflight positions to fomer public house and retain an element of existing fenestration to the former holiday let.
