Approval of details under condition 17 (noise) of Planning Permission 19/03755/DVCMAJ - Variation of condition 2 to planning permission 17/04059/FULMAJ (Erection of 56 dwellings, associated garaging, walls and fences installation of railings and gates and formation of associated access, hardstanding, landscaping and bin store) to include the approval of details of the Construction and Environmental Management Plan, cycle storage, detailed highway drawings, electric vehicle charging, Landscape and Ecology Management Plan, materials, surface water drainage arrangements, water main protection and also the variation of conditions 17 and 19, to allow for revised layout and altered house types on plots 8, 10, 20, 33, 36, 37, 45 and 56. Consequential deletion of conditions 3, 5, 13 and 15 and variation of conditions 6, 10, 14 and 16.

Variation of Condition No. 8 of planning permission 17/05491/REMMAJ to allow the boundary fence to Network Rail land to be installed prior to the occupation of the 51st dwelling, and not prior to first occupation.
